Tom has been in the real estate business for 14 years, the past 12 with GRE. As Controller, he is responsible for corporate finances, reporting, and tax matters. He assists the company’s Asset Managers with all financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, lender financing, and budgeting for both multifamily and commercial real estate transactions. He is also in charge of managing and closing escrows, and managing cash flow and partnership ledgers for more than 60 properties and entities. Tom originally joined GRE as Assistant Controller, following two years with Pinnacle as a Property Accountant. He has a BA in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound.
