Kelli has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use product types. Her expertise focuses on the development of new projects from the property management perspective; commissioning buildings; construction renovation in new projects; and the long-term management of office, industrial, and retail properties. She currently manages more than two million square feet of commercial space. Before joining the GRE executive team, Kelli spent ten years as Vice President for American Management Services (dba: Pinnacle), a national leader in providing property management services.
