Jon has been in the multi-family and commercial real estate business for 15 years. His experience includes project development, construction management, and asset repositioning. At Goodman Real Estate he currently works directly with brokers on acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as overseeing 8,000 apartment units worth a total of $1.2 billion. In the past five years, Jon has completed $35 million worth of rehabilitation projects for GRE. Prior to joining Goodman Real Estate, Jon served as Senior Investment Manager at the Seattle regional office of GRE affiliate Pinnacle for 10 years. In that position, he built and managed a portfolio of 3,300 multifamily units.
