David Woodward is the President & CEO of Associates in Cultural Exchange (A.C.E.), which he first joined in 1980. He has 29 years of professional international experience, including 19 years of senior management roles, in international business management, consultancy, and educational exchange programs and services involving clients from all major world markets, and a special focus on building ties between the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries of the Middle East.  David holds several degrees from the University of Washington including a Master of Arts in Near Eastern Languages and Civilization and a Master of Education in Higher Education with a specialization in Teaching English as a Second Language.  David was born in Teheran, Iran, is fluent in Arabic, Farsi, and French, and is also a member of Seattle Rotary.
