Prior to joining GRE in 2007, Jennifer began her real estate career with Pinnacle as leasing agent. She started in accounts payable and was quickly promoted to property accountant. Jennifer’s portfolio is multifamily focused including new development and existing properties.

She is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a degree in Business and a degree in Sustainable Resource Sciences. .

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors; hiking, camping, and rafting.

Tracy Atkinson

With 20 years of industry experience in property management, Tracy is responsible for overseeing site marketing for GRE’s 3,300 units under construction and existing portfolio.

Tracy started her career with Nordstrom in 1984, working in Customer Service and Store training. She credits Nordstrom for teaching her how to provide the best customer service to your customer, no matter where you work. Tracy began her career in property management in 1992, first working as an assistant manager with Allied Group and then joined Pinnacle Properties as an on-site manager in 1996. Tracy was promoted in 2005 to Director of Marketing for GRE/Pinnacle properties. Tracy’s combination of high-quality customer service and her philosophy of, “being privileged to lease someone their home” has afforded her a string of successful projects which have led to her current position.

Teresa Beattie

Teresa has been with Goodman Real Estate since 2009, first as Assistant to CEO George Petrie, then as Assistant to Chairman John Goodman from 2011.

Her previous work experience includes two years as National Business Manager for CB Richard Ellis and seven years as Office Manager for Washington Partners, a Seattle corporate real estate and tenant advocacy services firm.

Teresa attended Seattle University and does volunteer work for the Goodman Foundation and the Union Gospel Mission. In her spare time, she enjoys the Northwest outdoors, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.

Eric Bentler

Over the past 2 years Eric has been involved with the development and construction of more than 300 million dollars’ worth of new multi-family projects throughout Seattle. As a Development Associate, Eric coordinates with design consultants, the city of Seattle, and the construction team on a day to day basis. He also serves with Venture General Contracting as assistant to the General Manager; he is presently working on several rehab and renovation projects, including the Downtowner on 4th avenue, Tower 801, and the Coal Creek Apartments in Newcastle. Eric has a BA in Construction Management from the University of Washington, he currently resides in Bellevue.

Rita Burden

Rita is responsible for financial analysis and property positioning of a large residential-property portfolio comprising 14 assets with 1841 units and a $147 million value.

She joined GRE in 2001 in an administrative position and soon took on a variety of roles, including Office Manager and project management. She has a degree in International Business from Washington State University.

Rita brings to Goodman a particular expertise is historic building rehabilitation. She secured special tax valuation on both commercial and residential projects, such as the Medical Dental Building, the Buttnick City Loan Building, and the Dexter Horton Building. All of GRE’s tax credit projects are managed by Rita.

In addition to her busy professional life, Rita enjoys running and biking and also competes in a triathlon each year.

Austin Clausius

Austin started at Goodman Real Estate in 2012 as a Social Media/New Development Administrator and assistant to the Director of Global Marketing and Resources. He sets up social media outlets and trains the managers at each GRE site in the implementation and use of the latest social media technology, such as Facebook and Twitter, in their day-to-day operations for communicating with GRE clients and property tenants and residents.

He received his BA in Communication/Public Relations from Washington State University. This is his first taste of the real estate business and he’s enjoying absorbing everything there is to learn about integrating social media with real estate management.

Jennifer Cox

Jennifer has been involved in commercial real estate for more than five years. Currently, as property manager, she manages a staff of engineers who service her portfolio of commercial real estate. The properties include Seattle’s Pier 70, three flex-office properties, a retail center, and a warehouse, totaling some 350,000 square feet of commercial space.

Prior to joining GRE in 2010, Jennifer worked for two years at Goodman affiliate Pinnacle—An American Management Services Company, overseeing Goodman properties, and as a multifamily leasing agent where she was an on-site manager for a 624-unit apartment community in Kent, Wash.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Seattle University with a focus in economics. After college, she worked in the Nordstrom shoe department, where she developed her outstanding customer service skills.

At home, Jennifer enjoys baking and entertaining. She also competes in triathlons.

Kim Dang

Kim has over fifteen years of experience in real estate accounting. Having come from a similar role at Sheeron Associates, Inc., she worked mostly on multifamily projects and corporations before joining Goodman Real Estate in July 2013. She now is the senior accountant for all of the GRE commercial properties.

While working full time at Sheeron, she earned her bachelor's degree in accounting.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and working out by doing Zumba and Yoga. She loves to make people look beautiful, so she went to school and is now a certified esthetician.

Deb Dewall

Deb joined Goodman Real Estate in March 2012. Deb worked at Pinnacle for nine years and has been doing contract work for Microsoft and other small businesses. Deb’s expertise is in providing consulting, project management and database administration services.

In her free time, Deb spends time with friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, hiking and camping. She’s always up for a challenge by running in local races.

Tim Dickerson

Tim is on GRE’s Development Team, involved in acquisitions, finance and equity procurement, and project management.
He joined the company in 2003 to handle special projects, including the rehabilitation of Seattle’s Medical Dental Building and assisting with the formation of Goodman affiliate Pinnacle Capital, LLC.

Prior to GRE, Tim spent 11 years with Trammell Crow Company, where he oversaw the CalPers portfolio, the Vulcan Real Estate account, and outsourcing Group Health Cooperative’s real estate services.

Before that, he was at University Savings Bank (Seattle), primarily handling REO (real estate owned) properties. He began his career in Egghead Software’s real estate division.

Tim graduated from Washington State University with a BA in Business Management. He is married with three children. His family enjoys outdoor activities including skiing, golfing, and hiking.

Tom Eyler

Tom has been in the real estate business for 14 years, the past 12 with GRE. As Controller, he is responsible for corporate finances, reporting, and tax matters. He assists the company’s Asset Managers with all financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, lender financing, and budgeting for both multifamily and commercial real estate transactions. He is also in charge of managing and closing escrows, and managing cash flow and partnership ledgers for more than 60 properties and entities. Tom originally joined GRE as Assistant Controller, following two years with Pinnacle as a Property Accountant. He has a BA in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound.

Don is responsible for investment and capital market decisions at Goodman Real Estate. In Don's 20 years of real estate experience, he has facilitated the purchase and disposition of more than $1.2 billion in commercial real estate properties. Prior to joining Goodman Real Estate, Don was a Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Group of CB Richard Ellis. There, his clients included RREEF, Legacy Partners, INVESCO, Archon (a Goldman Sachs affiliate), KBS Realty Advisors, Lionstone Group, AEW and Prudential.

Aida Franco

Aida joined Goodman Real Estate in 2011. Her role at the firm has her working on about 29 multifamily properties. Prior to joining GRE, Aida worked in a variety of departments at Pinnacle including NW Accounting Center, Purchasing Department and Human Resources.

Aida volunteers at the Catholic Center in Seattle, is the mother to 4 children (1 boy and 3 girls) and enjoys cross-stitch and cooking in her spare time.

Jon Harle

Jon has been in the multi-family and commercial real estate business for 15 years. His experience includes project development, construction management, and asset repositioning. At Goodman Real Estate he currently works directly with brokers on acquisition and disposition of real estate, as well as overseeing 8,000 apartment units worth a total of $1.2 billion. In the past five years, Jon has completed $35 million worth of rehabilitation projects for GRE. Prior to joining Goodman Real Estate, Jon served as Senior Investment Manager at the Seattle regional office of GRE affiliate Pinnacle for 10 years. In that position, he built and managed a portfolio of 3,300 multifamily units.

Frank Kim

Frank manages a portfolio of multifamily assets consisting of 2,500 units valued at $245 million. He is responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and overall financial health of these properties. He also directs GRE’s property management team in their day-to-day operations, and oversees construction management on property renovations.

Frank has been with Goodman Real Estate since 2007, when he joined the company to manage a $190-million portfolio of commercial assets, including retail, office, and storage facilities.

Before that, Frank managed a small portfolio of his own rental assets. Expanding it to include the assets of others, he became a successful third-party property manager.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Washington’s business school. In addition to his career, Frank is a world traveler who loves adventure and visiting exotic destinations around the world.

Kristen Kuniyoshi

Kristen joined Goodman Real Estate in February 2012, after starting as a temp in 2011. Her role at the firm has her working on about 15 of its new-development projects, which involves preparing draws and expense tracking. She also assists GRE’s development and financial analysts with their larger multifamily projects.

She is a graduate of the University of Washington, with a BA in Economics.

After hours, Kristen likes to stay active, doing gymnastics, running, and working out. To balance the physical side, she makes time to pursue her interest in personal scrapbooking.

Chad Lenchuk

Chad has been involved real estate asset management for nearly 19 years. While at Goodman Real Estate, he spends the bulk of his time on the financial goals and objectives of the firm’s commercial portfolios. He has worked in all levels of the industry, including day-to-day property management, leasing, tenant improvements, cash flow management and Argus investment underwriting.

Prior to moving over to GRE in 2011, Chad managed commercial assets at its affiliate Pinnacle—An American Management Services Company with a portfolio of up to 1.0 million square feet. Earlier, Chad worked for Schnitzer Northwest, managing daily operations at their technology campus in Bothell, Wash comprised of 25 buildings totaling over 1.4 million square feet.

Chad holds a double major in business and economics from the University of Washington. He is actively involved in NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management), and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), and is currently a candidate for a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

An avid fan of Seattle sports teams, Chad plays softball, volleyball, and golf. He also enjoys traveling, recently discovering the joy of cruises, and is a competitive poker player.

Janel Manning

Janel joined Goodman Real Estate in December 2002. She works on a residential portfolio of 13 properties and also assists with ACH banking, wires and wire approvals. Prior to joining GRE, Janel’s career started in accounts receivable where using the “you catch more bees with honey” approach, she collected over $300,000 in old receivables.

Janel, a Seattle native, enjoys spending time catching up with friends and exploring life with her husband and two young sons.

Kirt Norman

Kirt has more than 11 years experience in real estate accounting and general finance. He joined Goodman Real Estate in its accounting department in 2005 and was promoted to his current position in 2008.

Today, Kirt builds financial-analysis models for each acquisition, development project, equity partnership, owned asset, refinance, and disposition undertaken by GRE’s multifamily, commercial, hotel, and land investment interests.

Between 2001-2005, Kirt was a Senior Accountant with Trammell Crow Company. He earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Montana. He is a movie enthusiast, while outdoors he enjoys hiking, golf, and boating.

Kelli Jo Norris

Kelli has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use product types. Her expertise focuses on the development of new projects from the property management perspective; commissioning buildings; construction renovation in new projects; and the long-term management of office, industrial, and retail properties. She currently manages more than two million square feet of commercial space and oversees a team of over 60 professionals. In addition, Kelli is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company's partners and third party clients. Kelli has held several positions with the company over th span of her tenure, and has played a major role in the promotion of the commercial portfolio. Before joining the GRE executive team, Kelli spent ten years as Vice President for American Management Services (dba: Pinnacle), a national leader in providing property management services. Kelli is also a member of and actively involved in several industry related organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and Downtown Seattle Association (DSA).

Kelli, a Seattle native, is married and has two children. She and her family are passionate about life including equestrian and competitive skiing activities.

Josh Obendorf

Josh handles a portfolio of more than 4,000 multifamily units in five states with a combined value of some $500 million. He enjoys the wide range of responsibility, from Class A projects in California to more challenging assets in depressed markets such as Texas and Florida. Josh’s role has him managing with a big picture view as he underwrites and finances the properties, manages their rehabilitation, and oversees the on-site managers.

He joined Goodman Real Estate in 2007, after working at auditors KPMG, where his clients included Costco, Alaska Air Group, and the Gates Foundation.

Josh graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in accounting and marketing and an emphasis in finance. He is a big sports fan, cheering on the Seattle Seahawks and the University of Washington teams. He also is a passionate golfer and enjoys travel.

Joe Pantastico

Joe has been with GRE since March 2012. Prior to working at GRE, Joe was an IT Technician at Seattle Pacific University. There he supported a population of about 5,500 who included students, faculty and staff members. His academic achievements include a BS in Information Systems, minor in Business Administration, AA in Liberal Arts, and Certificates in Applied Business and Information Technology and Information Computer Science-Web Support.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling, sports, and being outdoors.

George Petrie

A high energy and results-driven leader, George approaches each new business challenge with his innate talent for innovation, problem-solving and measured risk taking to consistently grow revenue and profit. Appointed CEO of Goodman Real Estate in 2006, George is actively involved in driving the acquisition, renovation and disposition of more than two billion dollars’ worth of commercial real estate in four countries.

Having earned his BA from the University of Washington School of Business, George began his career with Unico Properties as a financial analyst, where he developed his strong foundation in business and finance. As Vice President, Director of Property Management at PCI Property Management, George spearheaded the complete operation of 25 apartment communities, which included initiating and supervising over $5,000,000 in renovations and value enhancements.

As the manager of NWCP at the Trammell Crow Company, George managed 2.1M square feet in 46 office/industrial buildings, $10M in annual revenue and 150 tenants. Here George earned a reputation for “getting things done” through collaboration, partnerships and relationships. With an approachable attitude and unbridled enthusiasm, George radiates a genuine passion for the real estate industry. His leadership has successfully returned many projects to profitability and facilitated appropriate exit strategies.

George has been a CPA and holds the real estate designations; CPM, CCIM, and RPA. He has been married for more than 20 years and resides in the University District of Seattle with his wife and their three treasured daughters. George is also an avid skier.

Rhose Quiambao

Prior to joining GRE, Rhose was an Accounts Payable Specialist at Pinnacle NW Accounting and a Mail Specialist at Pitney Bowes . Born and raised in the Philippines, she studied Computer System and Design Programming before moving to the northwest over 10 years ago.

Rhose’s motto in life is YOLO – “You Only Live Once”. Spending time with her young daughter Julianna, Shopping, Scrapbooking, Cross-Stitching, Party Planning and Collecting Hello Kitty Stuff is what she loves to do.

Lissette Ramos

Sarah joined the Goodman Real Estate in December 2013 after moving to Seattle from her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida.

In 2007, she graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Her love of language and information led her to become a newspaper reporter where she covered murder trials, culture, education and local politics as well as writing a column.

Sarah lived in Asheville, North Carolina for four years after college and has traveled to Australia, Mexico City, the British Isles, and the Netherlands.

In her spare time, Sarah, husband David and dog Geoffrey Chaucer love to camp, hike, enjoy live music, take photographs, read, ride bikes and explore their new home in the Pacific Northwest.

Jennifer joined Goodman Real Estate in September 2008. Her role at the firm has her managing the accounting department and accounting related functions for over 3,300 units of new development. Her career started as a Senior Audit Professional at Ernst & Young before joining GRE as a Senior Accountant.

She is a graduate of Seattle University, with a BA in Accounting and Finance.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys running, hiking, trying new restaurants and spending time with her daughter.

Nahkole Wardell

Nahkole joined Goodman Real Estate in 2005 after spending two years at John L. Scott Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. Her work at GRE includes event planning, development marketing, special tax valuations, and being president of the company’s Safety Committee, among several other roles.

A graduate of Bellevue College, Bellevue, Wash., Nahkole regularly volunteers at Northwest Harvest and local Light the Night walks that fundraise for leukemia and lymphoma patients.

Ray Warrick

Ray joined Goodman Real Estate in 2006. His real estate tenure started at Pinnacle in 2002 and has worked on over 2.5 million square feet of commercial properties and the disposition of luxury condominium homes in an affluent Seattle neighborhood. Ray is graduate of Whitman College, Walla Walla, WA.

After working as a stage manager and production manager in smaller Seattle theatres, Ray is a supporter and frequent audience member.
