Triad Development, Inc.

Since its founding in 1984, Triad Development has emerged as a prominent real estate development company with a nationwide presence. From its base in the Pacific Northwest, the company now owns properties throughout the country. Triad has offices in Seattle, Wash. and Vallejo, Calif. (San Francisco Bay Area).

Triad is very active in office, apartment, retail and condominium development in the Pacific Northwest and currently has nearly 700 residential units under construction in the greater Seattle area. The company is also involved in a broad variety of other real estate endeavors. Master planned communities include a 1,200 home master-planned community in the San Francisco Bay area; and a 1,025 home master-planned community in Vacaville, Calif. Triad is also leading the redevelopment of downtown Vallejo, which will create 1,000 condominium units and 60,000 square feet of retail space.
