David has lead GRE outreach to investors and partners in the Middle East region since 2008. Over the past 30+ years David has facilitated strategic relationships between cities, companies and individuals in the Northwestern U.S. and peer regions around the world including the Middle East & North Africa, Central Asia, Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. As CEO of Associates in Cultural Exchange, he acts as liaison or manages contracts for government agencies and corporations in UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Japan, and the U.S. David was born in Iran where he lived for 8 years, is fluent in Arabic, Persian, and French and has studied Hebrew, Greek, and German. He is a member of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce-appointed District Export Council for Washington State, the Advisory Board of the Trade Development Alliance of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, the EIKEN Professional Advisory Council of Japan, the Seattle Rotary Club, and the Global Business Advisory Board of Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics.

Don is responsible for investment and capital market decisions at Goodman Real Estate. In Don's 20 years of real estate experience, he has facilitated the purchase and disposition of more than $1.2 billion in commercial real estate properties. Prior to joining Goodman Real Estate, Don was a Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Group of CB Richard Ellis. There, his clients included RREEF, Legacy Partners, INVESCO, Archon (a Goldman Sachs affiliate), KBS Realty Advisors, Lionstone Group, AEW and Prudential.
Isabelle Woodward, Marketing Specialist, Middle East Region

Isabelle provides marketing research for Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, the UAE, and Qatar, as well as the Middle East Region as a whole. She has done on-site field work in over 15 companies in the Middle East and she speaks Arabic and French. Her educational background is in international business from the University of Washington.
