GHI focuses on opportunistic development and value-added real estate investment opportunities in the Lodging & Leisure sector. As the demographic effects of the retiring baby boomers are felt, the Company believes that such real estate will outperform other asset classes. GHI’s lodging and leisure portfolio consists of assets in the United States, Mexico, Bermuda and Canada and includes both existing properties and ground-up developments. Over the next three to five years, GHI anticipates completing approximately a billion dollars in lodging and leisure transactions within North America.
