Founded in Seattle in 2004, Cascade Affordable Housing was formed to acquire and invest in general and limited partnership interests of tax credit and other affordable properties throughout the U.S. With expertise in Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HUD programs and a variety of financing structures, Cascade quickly evaluates investment opportunities and provides superior investment returns to its investors and partners.

Cascade presently has a portfolio containing over 6,800 units in 56 properties located in 14 different states.
