Value-added
: Properties with upside potential through repositioning, conversion, or redevelopment, where we can add value with our industry relationships and experience, while often preserving historic structures and maintaining a wide range of affordability.

Core property: Unique locations with attractive valuations providing above-average, sustainable yields and favorable long-term prospects that may be currently lower in value due to market conditions.
